Terms of Service

By ordering any commissions from me, you are agreeing to these terms of service. Any and all exceptions will be discussed with me PRIOR to the commission.You are free to ask me any questions or concerns you have. I would like to avoid problems and confusion, as well as misunderstandings and false accusations. However, it is not MY responsibility to ask for further clarifications.I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I have provided.I. General
I reserve the right to decline any commissions.
I will not accept the commission if clear references are not provided (Visual references are preferred).
Rude behaviour towards me will not be tolerated and may risk in the cancellation of your commission if it occurs.
I maintain the right to decline any commission if the above criteria are not met and/or I am uncomfortable with the commission.II. Do’s & Dont’sWill Draw:

X Heavy Mecha/ArmorAlong with the above, I will not draw anything that is illegal or that I am morally against.III. Payment
Commissions must be paid entirely and upfront before I start the commission. (Payment plans must be discussed with me BEFORE the commission is started).
All payments will be done through PayPal only.
Accepted currency will be in USD.
Prices exclude the additional tax PayPal may add.
Additional fees can be added for Complexity/Rush Request fees.IV. Process & Time
I usually work on a first come first serve basis.
Commissions will only be started after the full or 50% of the payment is received.
Work-in-progress updates may be asked for at any given time while I am working on the commission (please do not spam).
The completed commissions will be sent to the commissioner in high resolution either through email or via any platform discussed between the two of us.V. Edits & Revision
I accept revisions during the sketch phase without charge.
If I forgot to include something or did not follow the references correctly, I will fix it if the commissioner alerts me of those mistakes.
Depending on the circumstances, small edits may be allowed however please be clear about what you want in the commission.
Once the sketch/WIP has been approved, any major changes will result in an additional fee.
(about +$5-$15 depending on the scope of the revision).VI. Cancelling/Refunding Policy
Full refunds are only permitted if the commission has not been started. (PayPal fees at your own cost).
After the first draft has been sent to the commissioner, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission.
After lineart is completed, refunds will NOT be given.
In the case that I must cancel the commission (due to personal/external reasons), the client will be given a full refund.VII. Art Usage
I have the right to retain copyright on all my works.
I retain my rights to my own art to display them as commission samples, portfolio,
self-promotion, etc.
I will not resell the work or use it as merch for monetary gain.The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the art for personal use and not for commercial use unless agreed otherwise. (Doing so will incur a commercial fee (2x the base price along) with any additional fees).
Claim their rights on the characters, but not the art itself.
Repost the work, with full credit to the artist.The following is restricted and considered as copyright infringement unless agreed/given permission otherwise by the artist:
Use for commercial purposes (using for monetary gain).
Use for NFTs or reselling.
Claiming the artwork as their own.
Removing the artist’s watermark on the work.
Not giving full credit when reposting.Any sort of infringement will cause your commissioned piece to be retracted from any rights of use.VIII. Customer Satisfaction
I will do anything in my power to make my customers satisfied with the quality of my work.
Please understand that I am only human and that I am subject to error and may make mistakes.
Finished products are completed and will not be fixed (aside from minor mistakes and changes)
Any changes that require me to redraw any part will have an additional fee attached (see V. Edits & Revision).
Please tell me of any changes as soon as possible to make it easier for both of us.
